Shipping and returns

Sealed products call for clear agreements. Below is exactly what you can expect and what your rights are.

Shipping costs €5.85 with PostNL and is free from €44.95. You can return unopened sealed product within 14 days. Once the seal is broken, that right lapses: that is a statutory exception, not shop policy.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. In Belgium you can also pay with Bancontact. Other EU countries will follow later; as soon as that happens, it will be stated here.

How quickly will it arrive?

If you pay on a working day before 15:00, your parcel leaves the same day. You get an email as soon as it is on its way, with the tracking code in it. PostNL usually delivers the next working day.

Returns: what applies to sealed product?

When you buy online, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. For sealed products there is one exception to this, and it matters for this shop: as soon as you break the seal, your right of withdrawal lapses. That is how the law has it, and it applies to every web shop, not just us.

In practice: an unopened booster box may be returned within 14 days. An opened booster box may not, because its contents can no longer be verified. That is also exactly why we never open anything ourselves before it is shipped.

  • Notify us of your return by email within 14 days of receipt
  • Send the product back within 14 days of that notification
  • Return costs are at your expense, unless the product was not as described
  • We refund you within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method

Damaged or wrongly delivered

Take photos of the packaging and the contents before you unpack anything, and email them within 48 hours. We then sort it out with the carrier. You get a replacement or your money back.

Warranty

You are always entitled to a product that is what it promises to be. If something is wrong with what you received, we will put it right. The statutory warranty is separate from the right of withdrawal and does not lapse when you open the seal.

Yes. All shipments go with track & trace, and shipments over €100.00 are shipped insured. If a parcel does go missing, we sort it out with the carrier, not you.
